2026/2027 RESIDENCE FEES
Residence fees and deadlines are outlined below, as well as on the Residence Housing Portal, and in our Student Residence Agreement.
Please do not make any payments for Residence to Northern College. Please pay your fees directly to the Residence, using the payment methods outlined in the Residence Housing Portal and your Residence Fee invoice email.

- $5,900.00 due June 15, 2026
- $3,000.00 due September 30, 2026
*includes $100 non-refundable administration fee.
OPTION 3*
- $3,500.00 due June 15, 2026
- $1,500.00 due August 1, 2026
- $3,000.00 due September 30, 2026
- $1,000.00 due January 15, 2027
*includes $200 non-refundable administration fee.
OPTION 1
- $4,400.00 due December 1, 2026
OPTION 2
- $3,500.00 due December 1, 2026
- $1,000.00 due January 15, 2027
*includes $100 non-refundable administration fee.
*Please note that the rates above are in addition to and do not include the $125.00 application fee, which is due upon application to residence
